Hear the Difference

We have had a business relationship with Guild Mortgage for more than 10 years. We have had nothing but positive experiences with their entire team from our initial client set up to loan closing and funding.

Lisa Tinker Mortgage Service Manager, Helena Community Credit Union, Sanders Branch

Guild Mortgage’s service is excellent, and they are very responsive to our ideas and needs. Their Correspondent Division works with us as part of our team, and everyone is friendly and willing to assist. We are very pleased, and probably 80% of our volume is directed to them.

Megan A. Tjernagel President, Premier Lending Alliance, Iowa

I can’t express my gratitude enough to your team, who went above and beyond to make sure my two purchase files had been reviewed and approved to close at the times requested. Our borrowers are beyond excited, and so am I!

Mirsada Ibradzic Mortgage Loan Originator, Veridian Credit Union, Iowa

I was super impressed with the teamwork and quick response times from everyone involved at the Guild Correspondent Division! I will be using you guys much in the near future. Thank you so much!

Adeline Perkins Mortgage Banker, First Volunteer Bank

[The Iowa Operations Manager] is very helpful. She finds a way to say yes, and she seems to know and understand my buyers. All of Guild’s employees have been wonderful to work with. Thank you for providing us with great service!

Sheila Strand Mortgage Officer, Premier Credit Union

Community

Guild in the Community

Guild Mortgage believes in giving back.

We strengthen communities through charitable giving, volunteerism, and by enabling homeownership. Guild employees support dozens of local non-profits throughout the nation. See the kind of difference we make through the corporate Guild Giving program and through foundations that give back.

The Guild Giving Program

Following our employees’ passion to serve their communities.

With the Guild Giving Program, our employees create volunteer projects in their communities through an online resource. From there, they can team up with nonprofit organizations and encourage other Guild employees to get involved. We have done projects for Habitat for Humanity, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Wounded Warrior Project, and many more.

Liberty Road Foundation

A nonprofit started by Guild employees to benefit those who need it most.

Liberty Road Foundation connects the business community with nonprofit service agencies that focus on rebuilding broken human lives. Through volunteer projects and shared meals, Liberty Road Foundation puts people with resources in touch with those in need.

The Broken Road

Leveraging the generosity of individuals and businesses.

The Broken Road makes life easier for people facing challenging times. With campaigns that impact whole communities—such as providing more than 500 new tennis shoes for elementary and junior high school students in the Southwest—The Broken Road strives to build roads of recovery.
